Sephora Skincare

Working directly with the Marketing Director and team of Sephora Paris, I led this beauty brand relaunch and GTM strategy to rave reviews from the CEO and senior executives.

After a thorough brand audit, competitive analysis, pricing, brand perception mapping, development of client persona as a team, I leveraged my creative skills to translate these insights to an exciting product story, new packaging, with new POS merchandising and clear benefit navigation. With the ESSEC MBA team we developed a best in class Go-To-Market plan.

The packaging strategy was so well aligned with the brand’s business objectives that it was adopted and implemented in Seohora’s worldwide from 2011 to 2019. Completed for ESSEC MBA 2011 remunerated study.
