I was thrilled to be part of the Pantene In-store stratgic leadership. As an elected member of a cross-functional communication “Loop Team” at P&G, I led and guided all Pantene POS and In-store campaigns and their brand activation PR events, claims messaging, with digital optimization (acquisition tools) including all senior stakeholder presentations. Responsible for transforming consumer insights and behavior into actionable strategy, I also oversaw creative resources, budget, timelines, escalations, mentoring team, and assuring creative was on strategy. I however, did not execute creative here.
Besides being the key point of contact on location, I was essential in coordinating 360° campaigns with international partner brand agencies (Ketchum, Grey, MediaCom, Grey Digital) throughout EMEA, and in the development brand insights, assets, expression, and RTB contextualizations.
